Structure, not a folder
A folder holds files. The Vault holds facilities. Each one knows its agreements, its amendments in order, the definitions that left the document, and every deliverable that has arrived or has not.
Agreements and amendments
LMA, LSTA, indentures, fund finance, ISDA schedules, GMRAs, intercreditors, side letters. Each amendment layered on the original so the register tests against the version in force on the date.
Deliverables
Compliance certificates, financials, budgets, NAV notices, reporting packs. Received, due, overdue and stale are states of the document, not notes in a spreadsheet.
Citations
Every extracted value points to a span on a page. Click any number in the register and the Vault opens the page with the clause highlighted. Definition chains walk hop by hop.
Dependencies across documents
"As defined in the Intercreditor Agreement" is stored as a dependency, flagged until that document is loaded. Thirty-eight percent of agreements have one.
Secure intake
Borrowers and fund administrators upload through a secure link tied to the request. No attachments in mailboxes, no manual filing, and the chase closes itself when the document lands.
Export
Registers, compliance histories and breach and waiver logs to Excel and PDF. Committee packs through the Committee Reports add-on. Nothing is locked in.
Your region, your retention, your keys if you want them

- Zero data retention: documents are never used to train models and are deleted when you remove them. Policy.
