Describe us in one line or three paragraphs

One line

ExactCov is the AI covenant monitoring platform for modern credit organisations, reading credit agreements and indentures, extracting every covenant with its clause cited, and testing them every period.

One paragraph

ExactCov reads indentures, credit agreements and fund finance documents, extracts every covenant, basket and threshold cited to the clause it came from, and tests them every period against the figures that arrive. Credit teams see what has arrived, what is stale, what is in breach and what is drifting towards one, across the whole book, with every number traceable to its source. ExactCov is built by the team behind ExactSum and is part of the Titan Fintech portfolio.

Long form

ExactCov is an AI platform for covenant extraction, analysis and monitoring, built for banks, funds and private credit teams. It reads high yield indentures, offering memoranda, LMA and LSTA credit agreements, fund finance facilities and ISDA schedules, and builds a register of every covenant, basket, definition and threshold, each cited to the clause and page it came from.

On cov-lite bonds and leveraged loans the questions are incurrence questions: how much debt can be layered on, what restricted payments capacity exists, whether the deal is portable, and where value can leak. On private credit, bank facilities and fund counterparties the job is periodic testing: a reporting calendar that chases deliverables and flags stale data, every test recomputed the moment figures arrive, headroom trends, early warning, and a breach and waiver log the signatory can defend. ExactCov does both from one register.

The platform combines a deterministic parser, which builds the document’s structure and finds every candidate clause before any model runs, with language models that read from those candidates and must cite a span a validator can check. AI collects, extracts, calculates and flags; people decide. ExactCov is Cyber Essentials certified, operates with zero data retention, and is built by the team behind ExactSum as part of the Titan Fintech portfolio.

Logos

The E and the wordmark

The E is the mark: a single Fraunces capital in ink, or in white on dark. The wordmark carries the full name. Use the E where the name is already present or space is tight, and keep clear space around either of at least half the height of the E. Never set the wordmark smaller than 96 pixels wide.

  • Pair the mark with the name in text where the audience may not know us.

Don’t

  • Recolour, outline, add effects or rotate either logo.
  • Set the wordmark in another typeface or retype it.
  • Place it over photography or busy patterns.
