The whole book on one screen, and what changed since yesterday
For the head of credit, the second line and the committee. Every facility and fund in one view: what has arrived, what is stale, what is in breach and what is drifting towards one. Headroom over time, limits that follow NAV, and a pack for the committee that builds itself.
Four lists, in the order you would ask
- In breach. Tests that failed, with the figure, the threshold and the clause.
- Stale. Names whose last figure is older than the reporting cadence allows, with days stale as a number.
- Underperforming. Headroom that has narrowed over three periods, before the trigger.
- Near breach. Inside the band you set, ranked by distance to the line.
Every line opens to the test, the figure it used and the page that figure came from.
| Name | Test | Headroom | Data | Source |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Sunward Bidco | Net leverage ≤ 4.50x | −0.2x | Breach | SFA cl. 22.2, p. 141 |
| Harborline Bidco | Net leverage ≤ 4.75x | 7.4% | Stale 31d | SFA cl. 2.1, p. 88 |
| Kestrel Fund II | 12m NAV decline ≥ −10% | 2.0% | Near | ISDA Sch. Pt 1(h) |
| Meridian Credit | Interest cover ≥ 2.00x | 0.9x ↓ | Received | Indenture §4.09, p. 96 |
Signals that tell you it is falling, not that it fell
Headroom trends
Every test as a series, not a snapshot. Three periods of narrowing headroom is a signal months before the trigger.
Limits that follow NAV
Settlement and direct-risk limits set as a share of NAV move when the NAV moves. Proposed resizes wait for approval, with the arithmetic shown.
Benchmark and peers
A fund down 4 percent in a month its peers were flat is a different fund from one down 4 percent with everyone else.
Watchlists and priority
Your own ordering on top of the register: names under review, names with a waiver in progress, names a committee asked about.
Scenario
Move a NAV, an EBITDA or a rate and see which tests would fire across the book, with the clause that says so.
Search
Ask the whole book a question in plain words. The same search is what Claude and ChatGPT use.
Numbers a second line can defend
A breach and waiver log with every decision, who made it and what they saw. An audit trail where every entry opens to the source. Committee packs assembled from the register on the day, with the Committee Reports add-on.
- Every figure in a pack traces to a clause and a page.
- Stale figures are marked stale in the pack, never silently reused.
- Waivers, amendments and limit changes carry the approver and the timestamp.
- Export to Excel and PDF, or read it live.
